In order to reset your Kick Game account password, visit your account settings page and select reset password. You can also select reset password from the login page.
Once you have selected this option, an email will be sent to your email account associated with your Kick Game account, allowing you to update your password.
If you do not see the email once you have sent the request, we recommend checking your spam and junk filter before submitting another request.
The best way to secure your Kick Game account is to use a unique password that hasn't been used on any other platforms. While we require passwords to include at least 8 characters, one capitalized letter, one number, and one special character, we encourage longer passphrases that include multiple special characters.
